Refundable reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the check-in date. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 14 days before the check-in date. For non-refundable reservations, the entire reservation price, including taxes, is collected at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The prepayment fee made for the cancellation requests of the reservations made with "Advance Payment" is not refundable. The cancellation / transfer clauses are exempted if the client himself or his first degree relatives submits the 10-day disability / deaths in writing with the official board report from the fully-fledged state hospital.
In any case, all expenses, taxes, fees and compulsory payments made for the sale of services are not refundable.
If the guest does not enter the facility without notice (Noshow), he is responsible for the whole price.
If there is an obstacle for the guest to stay in Çamlık87 Hotel, hotel officials may transfer the guest to a better or equivalent facility in the same region.
If the guest wishes to make arbitrary changes during their stay at the hotel, no refund will be made in any way.
