This contract deals with the provision of products and services and the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No 6502 and the relevant legislation.

PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
When the CUSTOMER completes his order on the internet, he will be offered payment options to choose from. The customer will choose the appropriate one among these options and will continue their transactions in this way. The HOTEL is authorized to change, increase, decrease or remove payment options over time. The HOTEL is obliged to protect the information provided by the CUSTOMER for the purpose of payment. Other Contractual Clauses
1- The HOTEL has to constantly check all room information and prices on its website. However, in all cases, the HOTEL is not responsible for typographical or calculation errors.
2- All CUSTOMERS who rent a room from the HOTEL's website are deemed to have read and accepted all of the articles in the contract. The contract will not be approved before the customer has made the full payment or the specified prepayment. The payment must be documented anyway. The customer acknowledges and declares that he has obtained sufficient information about the hotel, accommodation and related information, has read all the preliminary information, has received the necessary information on all the subjects he wants to know, understand the payment terms and has confirmed this electronically.
3- CUSTOMER is obliged to comply with the entry and exit times of the accommodation facility and to comply with all the rules of the facility. The CUSTOMER is obliged not to disturb other customers and not to create any obstacle to the service procurement of other facility customers. Legal obligations are also within this scope. Other consumers who benefit from the service besides the customer are deemed to have accepted the provisions of this contract.
4- The provisions of the contract contain provisions that bind both parties, and failure of one party to comply with the provisions of the contract does not relieve the other party's responsibility.
5- This contract starts when the CUSTOMER completes the order on the HOTEL website and makes the payment to the HOTEL or contracted agencies. Failure to complete the payment transaction by the CUSTOMER does not eliminate the provisions of the contract.
